How to cook Spaghetti with Bottarga :
Put to boil in a pot on the stove boiling salted water and cook the spaghetti. In a pan heat the oil with a clove of garlic, being careful not to burn it, then remove it and remove the pan from the heat combined with a few tablespoons of the cooking water of spaghetti, grated bottarga (use the whole piece), pepper, chopped parsley and mix well. Drain the spaghetti and pour into the pan with the fish eggs, mixing thoroughly.

- Salt : to taste
