How to cook Quiche with Artichokes :
Clean the artichokes eliminating the tough outer leaves, the stem, the tips and beard inside, then slice them, holding them to soak in cold water.Chop the onion finely and sauté in a pan with oil, add the drained artichokes and cook for about 6/7 minutes, season with salt and stir in the chopped parsley.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, stir in the sour cream (you can substitute with cream), cheese, salt and pepper if you like and mix well.
Lined with the pastry a baking sheet, make a border of about 2 cm folding the excess dough around the edges, prick the bottom with a fork, then sprinkle the bottom with bread crumbs.
Distributed on the bottom of the pastry artichokes (you've done it cool) and cover with the egg mixture.
Bake the quiche with artichokes in a preheated oven at 180 °, better ventilated for about 40-45 'or until cooked and serve hot.
