The trifle is a dessert prepared by combining the classic custard and a chocolate cream, which is added to the delicacy of ladyfingers soaked in Alchermes.

This is a sweet, very old (it is said that even dates back to the Renaissance) was born in the kitchen as the English trifle, a way of recovering the remains of the rich meals of the time.

  • Chocolate Cream : 600 ml
  • Ladyfingers : 200 gr
  • Alkermes : to taste
  • Whipped Cream : to taste
