Rice Arancini : cooking recipe






How to cook Rice Arancini :
Risotto with advanced (that was used in the recipe yesterday: pumpkin risotto ), mix it up with lots of Parmesan cheese mixture is quite compact. Divide the dough into balls, make a hole in the center and add a few cubes of smoked cheese. Tightly close the arancini trying not to leave holes.
Beat the egg in a bowl. Pass the rice ball with egg, then in bread crumbs and then dip it in the pan bollento seed oil for frying it. When well browned, scoalrli well on paper towels and serve immediately.

  • Scamorza : 4

  • Breadcrumbs : to taste
