How to cook Canapés with Smoked Salmon :
Toast the slices of bread in the oven until they begin to take on a brownish color, out of the oven, let intipiedire a couple of minutes and then spread with butter, cut into oblique slices of bread in order to obtain two triangles on each of they put a slice of smoked salmon. Garnish with capers, olives or small pickles, then serve.
