White Chocolate Cake : cooking recipe



  
How to cook White Chocolate Cake :

Prepare the pastry with flour, butter, eggs, sugar, baking soda, salt and lemon zest. Then roll out the pastry between two sheets of wax paper and put it in a cake tin (rectangular), covered with parchment paper. Prick the bottom with a fork.
Prepare the filling by melting the white chocolate in a saucepan with the cream until the mixture is creamy.
Pour the mixture over the pastry into the pan and bake the cake with white chocolate in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees or until cooked.
