How to cook Pumpkins Pie :

Cut the zucchini into slices and brown them in a pan with butter.
Put to mix the almonds with grated fontina cheese, an egg and a yolk. Then add some of the courgettes. Coat the bottom of a buttered mold, with the remaining zucchini, while, on the walls, place the sliced ​​almonds.
Soak bread in milk and with a ring, forming a disc.
Pour the smoothie into the mold and cover with the disc of bread. Bake at 200 degrees for about a quarter of an hour.
Serve the tart of zucchini with sour cream and mint leaves.
