How to cook Danish Braid :
Dissolve the yeast in the milk, then add sugar, melted butter, half an egg, grated zest and flour. Mix well and let rise for an hour.Roll out the dough then, draw a rectangular shape in the center and along the around make cuts at an angle, fill in the middle with raspberry jam and sliced almonds, then close the sides toward the center to form a braid, brush with half the remaining egg and sprinkle with brown sugar.
