Cake Delice : cooking recipe


   
How to cook Cake Delice :

In a bowl mounted cream the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs one at a time, add the flour sifted with baking powder and cocoa and then the milk. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured (26 cm) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 'or until cooked. Remove from the oven and let cool in the meantime put to soak in cold water well gelatin. Whip the cream and add the honey, then also installed the egg white until stiff. Squeeze the gelatine and melt in a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir in the cream, egg whites and gelatin mixing thoroughly. Cut the cake in half and fill with the prepared cream. Heat the cream in a saucepan and butter then remove from heat and stir in the chopped chocolate, after a few minutes mix well with a spatula. Arrange the cake on a wire rack resting on a baking sheet or other receptacle (so as to collect the chocolate which will drip) and pour over the chocolate ganache lukewarm doing so coli of the whole cake covering it perfectly (help possibly with a spatula). Let rest, then if you like, you can write delice on the cake with melted chocolate with a little 'of water, using a piping bag with nozzle close and smooth.
