How to cook Chocolate Cake :
Melt the chocolate with 2 tablespoons of water, add to the mix the sugar and the butter and work it all on the stove over low heat. When the cream is very smooth and without lumps, let it cool and nell'orine incorporate the egg yolks, egg whites, a pinch of salt and flour.Pour the mixture into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake chocolate cake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
After cooking, allow to cool and serve dusted with icing sugar.
