Cake with Pears : cooking recipe

   How to cook Cake with Pears :

Peel the pears, cut into slices a and other pieces. In a bowl mix cream to the egg yolks with the sugar, then stir in the melted butter in a double boiler. Whip the egg whites and incorporate aa mixture, add the flour, baking powder and diced pears. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, level surface in the mixture and arrange the slices of pear. Cook the pear cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 'or until cooked.

  • Pears : 1 kg
