Cake of the Number Zero : cooking recipe


   How to cook Cake of the Number Zero :

Mix the flour with the chocolate, sugar and yeast, working the mixture until you have large crumbs; incorporate the eggs and knead until the mixture is compact.
Then divide it into two parts, one slightly larger than the other. Lay then the two sides form two halves, with the largest line a 24 cm cake tin and put them (the smaller appogiarlo on a sheet of parchment paper) in the fridge to harden.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling: Boil the milk with the lemon zest. Mix in a bowl the flour, the sugar, then stir in a little milk and egg, then add the remaining milk eliminating the lemon zest.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook until the custard thickens. Then remove from the heat and stir in the mascarpone.
Finally pour half cream into the mold removed from the fridge, sprinkle with cherries in syrup and pour over the rest of the cream, cover the cake in the number zero with another disc of pastry and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
A cooking ultimana, let the cake cool and pass it in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.





Step by Step Cake of the Number Zero cooking recipe :

 

(1) Put in a bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder Nutella.      
     



(2) Mix well until you have a mixture to crumbs.

(9) Let cool a bit, then stir in the mascarpone.











(10) Roll out the pastry on floured pastry board (the mixture will be quite sticky), obtaining two discs one wider than the other.











(11) Rivestiteci a pan hinged buttered and floured.











(12) Fill with half cream and cover with cherries in syrup (to taste).












(13) Cover with the remaining cream.












(14) Close the pie with the second disc of pastry,











(15) folding the edges excess.
