Apple Pie with Walnuts and Mandarin : cooking recipe

    How to cook Apple Pie with Walnuts and Mandarin Cake :

Prepare the jam with 1 kg of mandarins and 500 grams of sugar, adding a little mandarin peel cut into pieces.
Work to cream in a bowl with electric beaters, softened butter (200 grams) and sugar (200 grams), adding the eggs one at a time also (150 grams, about 3), and finally incorporated the flour with nuts (you can get blending kernels in a blender), corn starch, a pinch of cinnamon and seeds of the vanilla bean.
Peel the apples and cut into slices, then moisten with a little 'lemon juice and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar.
Line a pie pan with the pastry, bucherellatene the bottom with a fork, cover with a layer of tangerine jam and some walnuts.
Filled with walnut cream and cover with slices of apples.
Sprinkle the cake with a little 'of cinnamon and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
