How to cook Lentil Soup :
Cook the lentils in a saucepan with water, celery, carrot, bringing to a boil in the meantime in a pan, fry the chopped onion in a little oil, add the tomatoes and a pinch of salt and pepper, and after 5 minutes even lentils slightly drained (leave about a third of their cooking broth).Cook the soup, perhaps after adding the vegetable broth, until it is very thick. Finally, serve with a drizzle of olive oil and slices of stale bread.
