Lentil Soup : cooking recipe

    How to cook Lentil Soup :

Cook the lentils in a saucepan with water, celery, carrot, bringing to a boil in the meantime in a pan, fry the chopped onion in a little oil, add the tomatoes and a pinch of salt and pepper, and after 5 minutes even lentils slightly drained (leave about a third of their cooking broth).

Cook the soup, perhaps after adding the vegetable broth, until it is very thick. Finally, serve with a drizzle of olive oil and slices of stale bread.

  • Peeled Tomatoes : 200 gr
  • Carrot : 1
  • Celery : 1 stalk
  • Onion : 1 
  • Soup : 250 ml
  • Bread : 4 slices
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil : to taste
  • Salt : to taste
  • Pepper : to taste
