How to cook Lemon Cake :
In a container, sift flour with baking powder, stir in the beaten egg yolks, melted butter in a double boiler, sugar, lemon juice, milk and finally add the egg whites until stiff. Mix well, trying not to remove the compound. Pour into a mold pan (or buttered and floured 24 cm) and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool. Serve the lemon cake dusted with icing sugar.Ingredients for Lemon Cake cooking recipe :
