Pear and Chocolate Cake : cooking recipe






 How to cook Pear and Chocolate Cake :
Peel and slice the pears, combine them with 80 g of sugar and leave to soak in a glass of rum, for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, combine the egg yolks with 100 g of sugar and process them with a whisk or a wooden spoon, until frothy, add the chocolate (previously melted in a double boiler with the butter), then the flour, baking powder, previously dissolved in a glass of milk, grated lemon peel, pears, then the egg whites and a pinch of salt. Grease and flour a cake pan of 24 cm in diameter, pour the mixture. Bake the cake with pears and chocolate in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50'.
