How to cook Cream Puffs :
Put on the fire in a saucepan the water, the butter and a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and pour in one fell swoop the flour, stirring vigorously with a whisk. Put a few minutes on the fire, until the mixture comes away from the edges forming a ball. Remove from heat, allow to cool and stir in the eggs one at a time. The baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Place the mixture in small spoonfuls on the baking sheet, spacing given well together and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. If you want to puff pastries, you can fill them with custard or cream with syringe cake, or, if you like savory puffs with ham mousse, tuna etc., cut them in half with a knife and close them after they are filled with the filling.Ingredients for Cream Puffs cooking recipe :
