How to cook Crumbled Cake with ricotta and chocolate :
Mix (by hand) the flour, sugar (100 gr), vanilla, baking powder and salt with the melted butter and the egg, until you have large crumbs. In a bowl the ricotta with the remaining sugar (150 grams), add the chocolate coarsely chopped. Line a baking pan with parchment paper, and flour it or imburratela disponetevi slightly more than half of the crumbs of pastry, then cover with the cream cheese distributing it well with the back of a spoon.
