How to cook Sandy Potatoes :
Wash and cut the potatoes in half, if you use old potatoes, blanch one minute in boiling water and drain.Put in a bowl the bread crumbs, grated cheese and chopped rosemary.
Pass the potatoes in the bowl with the mixture of breadcrumbs, then scrollatele well and place in a pan with enough oil you have heated on the fire.
Season with salt and pepper and cook the potatoes beaches in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20', or until cooked until done.
