Pandoro with Mascarpone Cream : cooking recipe


  


How to cook Pandoro with Mascarpone Cream :
Work to cream the sugar with the egg yolks, rum, stir in the mascarpone first, then 2 of the egg whites, being careful not to remove them, then built into it and chocolate chips. Cut the panettone with a bread knife to saw in horizontal slices at least 3 cm high. Cover each slice (be careful to maintain order) with the cream covering well the tips. Rebuild as the Pandora staggering the tips (not have to match). Sprinkle with powdered sugar, then cut vertically into 4 or 6 slices in order to serve as many triangles. To ease the process, you can lock the slices before cutting with the long sticks of wood (excluding those for skewers), then delete it.
