How to cook Cookies with Chocolate Chips :
Preheat the oven to about 190 degrees (if you have a gas oven, be careful not too warm before cooking), buttering the pans. With an electric mixer at medium speed whisk the softened butter with the sugar, add the egg and vanilla. Sift the flour with the baking powder (or a pinch of baking soda) and salt, add the chocolate drops or chopped and blended to obtain a homogeneous mixture. You drop the dough by spoonfuls on the baking sheet (5 cm apart), the doses are for 24 biscuits. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until the cookies have a nice color. Let cool on the trays themselves for 5 minutes, then remove them with a spatula and transfer them on a grid dessicator to cool. Should be crunchy on the outside and soft inside.
