Christmas tree with duchesse potatoes : cooking recipe


   How to cook Christmas tree with duchesse potatoes?
Prepare a firm dough with eggs boiled and mashed with butter and sage, egg, Parmesan cheese, egg whites and grated provolone. Divide this mixture into the 5 and season respectively with carrots, spinach, beets, saffron and tomato paste. On a plate lined with parchment paper form pomme duchesse of different colors by putting the various compounds in the little bag, sprinkle everything with Parmesan cheese and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

  • Butter : 50 gr
  • Salvia : to taste
  • Eggs : 2
  • Parmigaino : 50 gr
  • Provola : 50 gr
  • Spinach : 50 gr
  • Carrots : 50 gr  
  •  Beet : 50 gr
  • Saffron : 1 packet
  • Concentrate Tomato : 4 table spoons
