Iced Christmas : cooking recipe


   How to cook Iced Christmas?
Slice the panettoncini pandoro and placing the slices vertically in a small baking dish, alternating, for the sauce, beat the eggs, then add the caramel sauce, milk and finally even the cream. Sprinkle the pan with the cream, crush lightly and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake the drowned Christmas for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, then serve with a few scoops of ice cream as an accompaniment.




Ingredients :

  • Pandoro : 2 small
  • Panettone : 2 small
  • Eggs : 2
  • Caramel Sauce : 100 ml
  • Milk : 150 ml
  • Cream : 100 ml
  • Sugar : to taste
  • Ice Cream : to taste
