The cake heaven is one of the most popular cakes classic Italian cuisine, very similar to sponge cake. It 'a very simple sweet prepared with a large amount of butter which makes it a very soft consistency. The original recipe does not provide for the use of yeast, which is, however, recommended to less experienced, to avoid that the cake does not swollen as it should.
