Syrian Sorbet with Berries : cooking recipe


  How to cook Syrian Sorbet with Berries :

The night before, put the berries in the freezer when they are frozen chop in the food processor along with the ice cubes and sugar for a few minutes until the mixture is similar to a snow. At this point, add the milk, a little at a time to avoid ending a sorbet too much liquid. Continue to whip until the mixture is creamy but dense. Complete a pleasure with a dollop of whipped cream.
